Our dedicated team of engineers and consultants are ready to assist with any development in the electronics field from early phase development to large scale contract manufacturing and quality control.

3D Printing

We have a number of 3D printers available for both rapid prototyping and small scale print farming of production components. Standard materials are ABS and PLA however other materials can be used on request.

Thermal Testing

Thermal testing is predominantly used for the lighting industry whereby LED modules and drivers can be tested at different ambient temperatures to get an estimate of product expected life.

While we do not run a certified laboratory service we offer a cost effective first test with high quality calibrated testing equipment. This first test is to ensure products will pass before they are sent for a full and expensive set of accelerated lifetime tests.
